Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. We protect child data and verify parental consent.
1. DPDP Compliance Overview
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, Little Bloomers Preschool & Daycare acts as the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and campus operations.
Because we collect and process information relating to children (verifiable details of kids under 18 years), we enforce strict parental consent checks before saving any admission enquiry or nursery records.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Through our visitor lead submission forms, parent portals, or physical admission registries, we collect:
- Parent/Guardian names, contact coordinates (phone, email), and physical addresses.
- Child's name, gender, age/month metrics, and immunization details.
- CCTV parent monitoring logs (portal credentials, access times).
3. How We Use and Protect Child Data
We process personal data solely for confirming tour timings, registering admissions, and delivering live CCTV parent portals. We do not sell, trade, or share child data with third-party marketing networks.
CCTV Live Stream Security: Parent portal streams are encrypted. Credentials are restricted to the enrolled parent's account and instantly deactivated upon program termination or end of daycare hours.
4. Your Legal Rights
As a parent or data principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to request access to the personal data we store, request rectification of inaccurate records, or withdraw your consent to data processing (which will lead to deactivation of admissions coordinates and CCTV access).
For grievances, requests, or queries, please contact our designated Grievance Officer at admissions@littlebloomers.in.
